原子力損害賠償・廃炉等支援機構

原子力損害賠償・廃炉等支援機構（NDF）は、2011年の東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故を踏まえ、原子力損害賠償の迅速かつ適切な実施を確保することを目的として設立された認可法人です。

原子力事業者に対する資金援助等を通じて、被害者への賠償の円滑な実施や電力の安定供給の確保に寄与するとともに、2014年の制度改正以降は、廃炉の着実な実施の確保も重要な使命として位置付けられ、技術的助言、研究開発の推進、資金管理などを通じて福島第一原子力発電所の廃炉の支援を行っています。

日本政府や東京電力、国内外の関係機関と連携しながら、原子力損害への対応と廃炉の長期的課題に取り組む中核的な役割を担うとともに、国際的な知見の共有と協力や、次世代の廃炉や復興を担う人材育成にも取り組んでいます。

国際STEAMワークショップワークショップ in Fukushima

The International STEAM Workshop in Fukushima is a two-day workshop-style learning program that takes place every summer for high school students from both Japan and the UK, designed to foster and expand the next generation of STEAM* talent. With a focus on fostering future talent in the STEAM* fields, Nuclear Damage Compensation and Decommissioning Facilitation Corporation (NDF), in collaboration with MUSUBI, runs the programme to support and empower the next generation of young leaders.
